We Love Volunteers!
Over 100 Volunteers Needed Each Day!
Beep baseball is an adaptive form of baseball that allows blind and low vision participants to play baseball using auditory cues. The ball is an adapted softball that includes a speaker and an auditory device that provides a consistent beeping sound to support players in making contact with the ball when they are at bat, and in locating the ball if they are playing in the outfield.
Athletes who are blind will gather from all over the world to compete in the 2023 Beep Baseball World Series - an event presented annually by the National Beep Baseball Association. This year, we are proud to announce the event is being hosted in Norman, OK. This is not the first time the Beep Baseball World Series will be played in Oklahoma. The 1998 World Series was played in Midwest City, and in 2019 this championship game was played in Tulsa. We are honored to be hosting again this year - but we need your help to ensure these athletes feel welcome!
Saturday, July 29th - Sunday, August 6th
Norman, Oklahoma
